Shipping Information

All orders will be posted in approximately 3-7 business days, please allow longer for some regional towns. Shipping times will vary for international orders. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. For delivery to Queensland, Western Australia and Northern Territory states please allow an extra 3-5 days. Postage times to remote and Island locations within Australia may take longer.

To ensure your item arrives safely, we use Australia post eparcel and Australia post express satchels which have tracking or a reference number.

Discount Trader is not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address, please make sure your delivery address is correct.

We use Australia Post for most orders. Orders over 25kg, are sent via Border Express. 25kg orders and over, cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Deliveries are made on a week day, during business hours.

Pick up is available from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (except public holidays)

*Free Postage for orders over $100 applies to all orders that are sent via Australia post and does not weigh more than 25kg per item. Free postage does not apply to items that are over 25kg per item or are over 1.1m in length or are required to be sent via a skid or a pallet and are bulky items.
