Diamond Core Bit (Dry Cut):
  • Trade quality for drilling porcelain, monocottura & fully vitrified, marble, glazed, terracotta, polished sandstone, standard ceramic and sandstone tiles
  • Sutton Tools Diamond Core Bits can be used for dry cutting, and feature a vacuum brazed #40 diamond grit tip with a special wax filled core to aid cooling and provide a cleaner job
  • Suits non-hammer action portable power drills
  • 10mm Cut depth
  • Can be used for dry cutting
Instructions:
  • To avoid drill slipping start with a 45° angle
  • After the hole is started gradually straighten up the drill
  • Make a swinging movement to allow for dust evacuation
  • Make sure the core has been removed from bit after drilling
  • DO NOT use with hammer action
Helpful Hints:
  • Cutting speed dry <3,000 RPM
  • Use Sutton Tools multi-purpose drill bit for sub-surface drilling (anchor fixing)
